Alguém pode compartilhar algum conselho sobre Deflazacort para vertigem, por favor?

Hello I have been prescribed the above medication along with Diazapam for vertigo. It is only to be taken when I have episodes of vertigo and dizziness. I have been diagnosed with Meniere´s. I was taking Serc but it was suspended due to the severe intolerance I had to it. I was looking at all of the side effects of Deflazacort and they are pretty scary. I take warafarin and digoxin but was told it was safe. I have had a few bad reactions to medications in the past so if anyone can reasure me I would be grateful, thankyou!

Ana , I had also Meniere several times in 2017 , went twice to ER until I found out what it was
The first time they gave me Meclizine which I think is like Dramamine for seasickness ,it kind of worked but by then it was ending anyway.
Meclizine messed me up a little those 3 times I took it .
The second ER visit they gave me Ativan.
Deflazacort doesn’t seem right for Meniere because it’s an antinflammatory steroid , do you have other health conditions that limit your med choices or interactions?
My advice to you is , I learned that when Meniere starts I will keep walking non stop for 4 hours and the symptoms will stay very mild , will not increase , it’s only near the 4th hour that will get a little worse until it ends completely , I didn’t take meds.
As you know Meniere lasts between 2-4 hours. If it’s longer is another type of vertigo.
Meniere has an unclear cause/origin between salt and water retention , so it helps to take showers or baths more often as it shift your body against water retention.
Hope it helps
