Can someone help identify what this wart/mole/growth is on my face?

I've had this on my face for quite a few years. I want to get it removed but I would like to know if there are any home remedies first. The problem is, I can't quite work out what it is. Is it a mole? A skin growth of some kind? Please help me

Hi Brandon, don't try to remove it yourself.  Go to your GP & ask to be referred to a Dermatologist.

Yes I am in the UK. I wasn't going to attempt to remove it myself, I would just like it to be identified and was wondering if there were any home remedies that may cause it to disappear. My GP can be a little tricky because they seem to change doctors every 5 minutes, I thought I should ask on here before going through that mess.

Have you thought of asking a Pharmacist?  Some of them can be very good.
