I had protected vaginal sex with a hsv2 positive person 4 times. 1 time unprotected. Person had no visable symptoms at those times. Since then I've had frequent bowel movements with anal pain and discomfort-- but no anal lesions or bumps. I have no vaginal lesions, discharge, odors, or other pain. Had ONE small painless slightly itchy deep bump inside my vagina lip. No pus or fluid in it. It hung around for 5 days. Doc said it was a cyst. I'm not sure.
So far, IGG select Blood tests for hsv1 and hsv2 at 7 weeks out are negative. Does my anal pain symptoms sound like genital herpes infection? PLEASE respond.
