i have small little bumps and a red bump. also lots of white discharge.... i am very nervous about what this is

hi Anna, without doubt these little bumps are fordyce spots.

i agree with Vera its fordyce spots. you might have a yeast causing them to be more visible (and cause the whiteness)

The small bumps are Fordyce spots. I can’t see the other issues.
