Hi. I use restasis twice daily so I'm able to wear contacts. But what is vita pos? I've not heard of it. I know saline solutions don't help as they all have a small amount of salt which is drying.

Oh its used for dry eye also right I read? Don't see why not as I wear contacts so I couldn't. But its moisturizing I heard. If you stop restasis one week then its like starting over, so do both regularly.

Hi James, yes you can but you need to leave 15 minutes between applications.
