Chest Pain anxiety?

I was hospitalised in September for heart palpitations and had an ECG and 2 blood tests and a chest x ray and hey couldn't find anything wrong and discharged me.

3 weeks ago I had a bad palpitation and nearly passed out. I have a constant pain in my left chest and a lot of fullness in the chest. I have an echocardiogram and a holter test soon.

Could the pain be related to anxiety or should it be something to worry about. Please help as it is driving me crazy.

I get chest pain and shortness of breath when having an attack. My dr said it's all part of the palpitations!

The pain is absolutely related to anxiety. I was hospitalized in September for severe heart palpitations, 126 bpm, making my whole tiny body shake. Chest x-ray, blood clot tests, blood test, 2 ECG's and they diagnosed me with GAD. I have heart palpitations almost every single day multiple times a day. My chest feels full and my muscles feel so tight surrounding my chest and lungs. The anxiety work skind of like birthcontrol, where it makes your brain convinced you are pregnant. The anxiety convinces your brain that whatever you think is going on with your body, heart attack etc IS HAPPENING TO YOUR BODY. I have not yet found a way to overcome the power of the mind but I am sincerely looking and I hope you feel better soon. I'm sure the tests will come back negative.

My anxiety is about getting old and infirm, so dont quite know what to do about it.  The only relief I get is tap dancing and table tennis.   IF you are able try to fill your day with things, Crosswords, dancing, singing etc,  Sometimes the only way is tablets but I have not succombed to those yet.

I get anxiety due to heart palpitations arm numbness or pain weird pressure or pain back pain pins and needles been to E.R. several times this year have had blood work EKG stress test echo cardiogram xrays and ct on head all normal. What worries me and stresses me out the most is my heart rate and blood pressure are low resting heart rate dips into 40's and blood pressure 97/56 or 98/60 I'm most of the time dizzy or have a weird headache. But doctors aren't concerned so idk.

I feel the same. I have this constant pressure above my right eye and have this "floating sensation" that is constantly there.

I cannot play sports as it's affecting my balance.

Not really sure what to do. Had the MRI as well and that was all clear.

It seems to be rlated to your Anxiety, you have more tests soon and when yo get the reslts you need to try and accept the results as your condition is Anxiety based.

With a bit of luck your GP will be able to arrange a treatment plan for you and I hope yo find that benficial and you can move on to a better place
