Chest pains, headache, nausea etc

Ive been getting reccuring chest pain just below my collarbone left side maybe 2 ribs down. Its very localized and hurts when pressed too. It will just happen out of nowhere, a couple of times a week. When the pain gets real bad i get hot and lightheaded/headache, i feel sick at the top of my stomach and get minor pains down my arm.

I doubt its heart related as my heartbeat is finr throughout and ive had ecgs and xrays which are normal.

Anyone got a clue? Im only 22 aswell incase that helps.

Sounds like acid reflux or heartburn, both can cause referred pain. Stress can also increase the pain of both of these.

Sounds like panic or could be a hernia, just get it checked out, if doctor says nothing is wrong, BELIEVE HIM. THEN IT SHOULD GO.
