So today I felt the area under my left breast and kind of the center of my chest tremor/ spasm. It lasts like 3 seconds and it was not painful. It felt like my heart was spasming and I got so scared that there was something wrong with me. I had an ecg done a few months back and it was Norma but I don’t know if it was a chest spasm or if it was Normal or not
i get them a lot! i just think of it as the same as hiccups, just small spasms in an area. if it happens again in the same area, there might be a problem but i wouldnt worry. i get them a LOT
