Chocolate cravings solved!

I admit im a complete sweet addict!!!

when i started the tablets i went cold turkey for a week....ended up secretly feasting on a mars bar and hoping i didnt get side effects, needless to say i did..... anway i thort id share the Low fat answer to my cravings with you.

Forgive me if you guys have already sussed these but i ws so proud of myself!

chocolate snak-a-jaks (the big round ones) they even have chocolate chips

cadburys hi-lights, they are about 40 calories and very little fat... i do forgoe the marshmallows tho...

or if you need the real thing milky-way's.... (one of the 2 bars. i cant believe a packet of chocolate can last me 2 days) think its just under 100 calories and still quite low in fat, as chocolate goes....

NO SIDE EFFECTS FOR ME.... obviously im not stuffig myself with them, probably one of the 3 a day!

let me know what you guys think or anyother ideas!

x lor x

Honestly I daren't even think of doing what your are doing....I can't stop at one of anything so I just opt out. When I bake I don't even lick the spoon...takes will power....no licking the butter icing bowl either...think of the fat content!

i found that chocolate and sweet things are my weakness and so i have lined up some alternatives for when i start the tablets tomorrow

one of them is marshmellows - fatfree and so sweet that only a few will sort my sweet craving

the other is options mint hot chocolate, its low fat and a nice tasty treat (obviously made with water rather than milk)

good luck smile

Hi

The lowest fat buiscuit I have found is jaffa cakes they are 1g fat per buscuit.

Even the dept of health in london provide these for their mtgs so they must be healthier!

I have found that curly wurly's help me with my choc fix (mainly on a day when I haven't had enough fat!) but cos they are chewy, they last me longer.

Also Flumps - long string of marshmallow (about 6-10p in the supermarkets so don't break the bank!)

Mini Twister ice lollies - Yummy and just enough to beat the craving for something sweet but not full of calories or fat (in Asda at the moment, they are doing 2 for £3)

Generally, I like to have at least one of the above everyday as I feel I deserve it and I still lose weight!!

what's the damage with a curly wurly? assumed it would be heavy in fat and cals so I will be delighted to find out if it is a go-er.

curly wurly's are 115kals and 4.6g of fat per bar or 450kals and 17.5g of fat perr 100g.

Thats not to bad as chocolate goes!!!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Yummy!!!

i duno about you guys but if we're being super good and sticking to a healthy low fat, lower calorie diet and upping that exercise....... hell we deserve a treat..... especially after weigh days i find it a real motivator to treat myself if iv done well and lost.....

I'm on my way to the shop right now!
