Chronic Mucus, Throat Pain, Hurts Swallowing

Hey all!

Unfortunately I have been dealing with the following symptoms consistently for about 5 or so years now.

For one, I have chronic mucus in my throat (post nasal drip perhaps)? I can swish it around and spit it out so it really is there. Oftentimes, it is a green color and very very sticky.

Also, whenever I swallow, I feel a lot of pain. This is consistent and is always the case. Like I can’t really think of a moment when this hasn’t happened the last few years.

I do have slight congestion issues where my sense of smell and taste are slightly lessened.

I have been to an ENT, gastro, got an endoscopy and there has been nothing obvious to suggest what is going on. Anyone have similar issues? There are definitely days where it feels “worse” which suggests there is a trigger but none of the acid suppression stuff has worked so I’m hopelessly lost with what to do.
