hi. I have chronic tension headache ever since I hit my head 5 months ago. My whole life is changed, stopped working and social activities. I have continue headache non-stop everyday. My docter prescribed amitriptyline 10 mg which I’m now on for 7 days. I haven’t noticed any improvement. Is there anyone who has experience with amitriptyline for chronic tension headache (not migraine)? Maybe up the dosis to 25 mg? or takes it more time to work? I am so desperate and i am afraid to become depressed.
how are you doing now? i have been having crazy severe tension headaches for the past couple of weeks and it feels like theyre getting worse.
