Chronic Testicular Pain 5 Years

Hey guys, I’ve been having pain in my left testicle for 5 years now. I’ve literally tried everything and looking for any help out there. Here are few things I’ve done:

Negative Response Spermatic Cord Block

Multiple Ultra Sounds, all negative

Had an epididymectomy

Various spinal cord injections

Nothing gives me relief. I’m honestly about to give up, its ruining my life. I’m 45 years old and really do not want to deal with this any longer.

I do have some issues with my lower back with budging disk, back surgery has been suggested but really do not know if that is going to fix my issue. I’m lost and don’t know what to do. Any help would be awesome! Thank you

Please go and see an osteopath. My husband had testicular pain for many years and like you tried many things. He mentioned it to his Osteopath who then proceeded to adjust his back and boom his pain had gone. The pain recently returned mildly, again he discussed it with our osteopath and is again pain free now. Good luck with your research
