Cipralex for Panic disorder

Anyone use Cipralex for panic disorder? I’ve recently been diagnosed and almost at the 3 week mark. My panic attacks have been a lot Morena frequent since starting the 10mg. I’m also getting a bit lightheaded and extra anxious right when I wake in the morning. Are these side effects normal? When should the medication kick in? Or at least when will it stop making my panic attacks more frequent? 

I’m also taking Ativan but just as needed, but it’s been needed a lot this week.. 

Should I go on a higher dose? I’m 25 and 240 pounds so I think 10mg may not be enough.. 

Any insight or experience would be helpful!

i think that if u are getting bad side effects u shouldnt increase the dose it might make side effects worse.Yes the doctors say the meds take awhile to adjust and usually work after 6 weeks.They also say that it might make the side effects more worse at the start id say give it more time and chance but if it gets to the point where u feel super bad go to ur gp u might need a different kind of antidepressant some people react differently to different types and takes a while to find which one is good.
