Im on 10mg citalopram but my doctor wants me to go to 20mg as everytime i see her my heart rate is over 120, i do get very anxious going there but i thought i was a lot calmer due to the med so i was suprised my hr was still that high, im unsure about the higher dose i dont know what to do incase it increases my side effects i feel like im starving all the time even when ive ate loads, any advice please
Can you check your heart rate at home and record this information and then hand it to your dr?
Yeah I'd like to do that but how would I get it accurate?
Have you got a blood pressure machine that measures your heart rate ? I bought one for ten pounds.
