Clexane injection help

so i have a couple of blood clotting problems and have been put on clexane a couple of tears ago, i never get a straight answer if its ok where i inject, so i can do my stomach it is so painfull and it causes me great stress, i have found a place where it is perfect but is it still ok to use there, i inject at the very top of my leg just before the crease of my hip ill attach a photo and the red marks is where i do it
