Hi, all. I hope someone can help.
I have been struggling with nasal mucus for months - Its always worse over the winter season.
Recently, I had a bit of a sore throat and after looking in my throat, I noticed a nodule. I assumed it was from my re-occurring post nasal drip, but my GP diagnosed me with conblestone throat. He gave me 3 different antihistamines to take.
I then went to my ENT, because the nodule persisted and grew.
He has given me a different antihistamine - “Rupanase” as well as an antacid in case of reflux. Also, presumably cobblestone throat.
I understand that I should trust the medical professionals, but even after 14 days of antihistamines and an antacid twice a day, this nodule has not only stayed, but grown in size.
My big concern, is that it looks nothing like cobblestone throat as it appears on Google Image searches, and also that its not going away, even though nasal mucus has cleared completely.
Please help!
