I recently injured my shoulder and have been put on 30/500mg cocodamol containing codeine along with ibuprofen. The good thing is they are great for the pain but they're making me extremely constipated. I've tried senakot tablets for a few days but they're doing nothing. Any suggestions?
Get an enema bag and take an old-fashioned soap suds enema. That never fails, at least for me. If you want specific directions, please let me know and I'll be happy to share with you what I do.
