So i’m still waiting on my swab results to see if I have HsV 2 or 1.. I live in a cold climate and my lips are always dry, I haven’t had any tingling around my lips but I noticed this feeling when i opened my mouth, ,could this be a cold sore forming??? I am currently on Valtrex that they prescribed me after I got checked for the herpes .. would the valtrex prevent any cold sores from forming?
also, if he had hsv and I gave him oral sex as well am I now going to get mouth cold sores??
