Olá, estou com 9 semanas de uma artroplastia parcial do joelho que foi bem.
Vou voltar ao trabalho na próxima semana, o que causará alguma dor, então espero que alguém possa me dizer se os sprays gelados são bons para o meu joelho, já que não terei acesso aos meus sacos de gelo.

Cold sprays are a great quick fix but they don't really last long. You can get cold strips which last much longer
There is a thing called Bio Freeze which may help. Liquid, gel or spray. You may also want to consider a Cryo Cuff. Very portable. Used it many, many times at work for shoulders (2X) and knees (4X) after ops. Cycle the cold water into the sleeve and disconnect from the jug. Reattach, drain the warm, recycle the cold, detach. Simple.
