War bei meinem Arzt, wir waren uns einig, dass ich Cit vielleicht nicht brauche. Ich werde die Dosis über die Feiertage auf 10 mg reduzieren und das Medikament im neuen Jahr absetzen. Ich habe viel gelernt, seit ich dieses Medikament nehme, aber vor allem habe ich nicht genug an mir gearbeitet, was ich jetzt zu ändern versuche. Jedenfalls alles Gute für euch alle und frohe Weihnachten und ein tolles neues Jahr!!

Good afternoon. Was on Citalapram 20mg for about 7 years.
Tried coming off a couple of times as the causes were no longer
relevant. Told my wife and daughter and of course their evil eyes
looked for changes so I restarted.
This time I told no one, apart from GP, and it was easy. 10mg
for a month then 5 for a fortnight.
Point was I was not depressed and had to declare for travel
insurance. So no problems at all for me, hope hours can be as easy.
But don't advertise it or others, you monitor yourself.
Begonnen mit 10 mg am Donnerstag, ich fühle mich großartig. Esse wie ein Pferd, schlafe wie ein Baby. Kein müdes Gefühl mehr den ganzen Tag. Mein Arzt hat nicht einmal argumentiert. Hat es versucht und bisher läuft alles gut.
Ich war nur 3 Monate darauf. Jetzt 10 mg und ich fühle mich großartig. Werde nach Weihnachten ganz aufhören.
Kayleigh, das ist großartig, klingt genau wie meine Erfahrung, ich bin sicher, dass du jetzt in Ordnung bist.

I started 10mg/day of Cit 2 weeks ago, but had to stop it after just 6 days because it made me too ill, and kicked of a big fibromyalgia flare up. It is now 3 days after stopping, and I feel dreadful. Does anyone have any idea how long these withdrawal symptoms will last - having only taken 6 days of the drug?
