So i stopped taking setraline and i'm experiencing some side effects that i'm constantly arguing with mysef about, between You're fine it's just your body withdrawing to No that's not it, there's something wrong. I read that coming off antidepressants you can get brain zaps which yes i've absolutely got and they are terrifying but to be expected right so that's ok they're not harmful don't panic or the tingly feeling you get under your skin no what's bothering is me is i get so light headed, it feels like i'm swaying or my head is swimming, it comes and goes, i know it's coming because my neck suddenly feels weak like my head is too heavy to hold up and my arms and legs feel heavy or even kind of numb sort of like it feels like my legs aren't there. And the ringing in my ear sometimes is so overwhelming. I can't sleep because it overwhelms me but i just feel drained from it but i feel i'd cope better if i knew Are these things normal and will it last long?
