Sure, you can contract hiv from any sexual exposure where you are not protected. I would assume that the risk is really low however.
Keep in mind that the CDC estimates the probability for the risk of transmission (assuming she was hiv positive to begin with) from insertive penile intercourses to be 1 in 2500 - so your chances of transmission are low to begin with.

Time is not a factor and I don’t know why people think this. If you are exposed, then you are exposed. Go take a test to confirm.

6 weeks is considered conclusive by most doctors. I would not stress it man and don’t get your anxiety going. You have not indicated that you have any symptoms (flu, etc) and your exposure was likely low risk. Just think of it as taking the test to confirm something you already know.

If I were you I forget and move on. I visited many doctors, many if them tol me 4 weeks is enough, and 1 or 2 said 3 months.
