Hey Kimberly, so sorry for the late response. I totally know the feeling of waiting on edge for an answer. Yes it does look like a Herpes Ulcer. I would go to urgent care and get it swabbed asap and some Antivirals to treat it quickly, the earlier you catch it the better. Good Luck!
