Constant body numbness and tingling

Hey everyone,

I've posted on here before regarding chest pain and being lightheaded 24/7. Now I'm experiencing 24/7 body numbness and tingling all over my body. Last year I went to the hospital 5 times and got 5 EKG's, two 24 hour EKG's, multiple blood tests (including this year), over 5 chest X-Rays, CT scan of the head, and a MRI of my chest/stomach. So I've gotten myself thoroughly checked out but every two months I get these new symptoms that scare the crap out of me. I'm 18 years old and my body is constantly feeling numb. This started in the beginning of March and hasn't gone away since. My initial reaction is wanting to go to the dorcor and get a bunch of tests done but I just don't know if I should always do that when I know it's most likely Anxiety. I am currently doing CBT therapy which is helping a bit. I gave up taking meds as I took two different types and I always react badly to them. The other thing is my dentist says I have to get out my wisdom teeth ASAP, is there any chance maybe a nerve is getting damaged from one of the teeth and that's causing this feeling? Does anyone else feel this weird tingling and numbness all the time? Did it eventually go away? Any advice is greatly appreciated

Think it's to do with the adrenaline and chemical reactions inside your body due to the anxiety. Don't sweat it, if it comes and goes when anxious or not then it's most definitely anxiety, soooooo get to work on getting to know why it's happening, how it's happening and learn about it, we fear the unknown, so get knowing.

Tingling happened to mw all the time in my face hands legs etc. Then i got it checked out nothing was wrong and it went away. I use to get numbness in my bicep of my left arm literally making me feel like I was having a heart attack. I use to think that was really messed up that anxiety does this too you it makes you think your dying it gives you symptoms that freak you out. Numbness can be a result of just being really really tense. I had sudden left sided body numbness to and was taken to e.r. nothing was wrong with me they said perhaps it was from aniexty. I haven't had a panic attack in about 4 months though and no body numbness happened again after that. But if you are concerned definatley ask a doctor. It always gave me relief to hear nothing is endangering you. Anxiety can just be really scary but it can't harm you.
