Dolor constante en el pecho y disnea

hi,

i was wondeirng if anybody could help or has had anything happen to them similar.

for this last week i have been in and out of hospital for 4 days with constant chest pain and shortness of breathe. i am 22 years old and have had ALL the tests done and they have all come back clear, including CT scan as they were worried about a blood clot in my lungs.

I had been discharged from hospital with no explanation of what this could be just to rest and take pain killers.

i am starting to get very worried about it as its still not getting any better and i have never suffered with shortness of breathe. please if any body could give some advice it would be very appreciated. do i go back? do i call my doctor? i dont know what else they can do now if i have had all the tests done ?

when you say they did all the tests, Did they check your heart to make sure you didn’t have atrial fib or any other heart disorder? If all that checked out I would go see a Pulmonologist, they can order further testing.
Also not sure where you live but I’d check your local air quality. I live a outside of Pittsburgh and our air quality the past few weeks has been awful. My throat would burn at times I had a hard time breathing made my chest tight. Either way if it continues, it’s worthy of further investigation.
