For the past 10 years I have had constant headaches that go around my head, down my neck/shoulders and is throbbing all the time. The pain never go away. The pain is so bad it make me feel like I am out of breath and always feel sick. I hope someone could suggest anything that I might try. The pain has made it hurt to live a normal life.
I'm so sorry your in pain all the time. But I have terrible head pain that also takes my breath away it's getting worse and hurts to sit up I've been like this for a few years now. All I'm told is it's anxiety but I don't believe it have you had any tests done I've only had a ct scan. I'm sorry I can't offer you a solution xx

I can understand your pain. I am suffering from headaches for last 25 years and have consulted many specialists particularly in alternative medicine, other than allopathy.
From the symptoms mentioned, it could be TMJ related. This can not be diagnosed by typical specialists available. Better consult this specialist. If it is ruled out, then we can look into other aspects.

Also check ergonomics of your work place, like chair, monitor height, hand, leg positions ..etc.
