Mango,

a specialist in middle ear disorders would be a good start. I have read there r many new treatments for tinititus. See research online thru this site & other medical web sites.

Hi,

I have light headed 24/7 and short of air as well all the time. I also have Recurring Chr sinus and a few more medical problems. I can take antihistamine but is not helping much if you ask me.  My anxiety started 4-5 months ago and I have been changing medication looking for the right one but so far only Xanax made any diference (0.5mg)  Right now I'm taking Divalproex SOD ER which is not for anxiety but my Doc thinks it wll help me plus I have xanax as needed but I try not to take it.   So if you are asking if this could be anxiety, in my personal opinion yes. Btw, all medications have side effects, but some are not so bad like Divalrpoex because so far I had no side effects besides not helping me much. jejeje   Sorry I did not help, but I relate to your problem at a  smaller scale. ;-)

dear Mango,

one of the side effects of your ear problem is vertigo which is a balance disorder.  So maybe your dr could be on the right track?
