constant tickle?

I'm 39 male smoke very light 2 aday .for the last 11 days been suffering from a constant tickle in chest bottom of throat . Been given 3 inhalers they don't help. I used gaviscon liquid. Allergie tabs nothing works. No cough unless it's a forced one .to clear throat .its driving me mad. Voice goes bit crocky
