how to pass hard stool if i am scared of pain or ripping badly.
i used enima couple days ago got some out but not all.
i been taking stool softeners for couple days now and drinking marlax on top of the softeners.
but I’m trying to get the nerve up to try enima again hopefully I can hold the enima in longer than a minute before running to the bathroom.
if I’m able to hold the enima in longer than a few seconds will it loose. my bowels up more.
I’m terrified of pain , bleeding and everything.
