I have been chronic constipated for a long time but I still can’t find any relief 

Can anyone help? 

Sickness fullness bloated. Light headed 

Any ideas what I could do 

I irrigate 2 Senna night 2 bisicodole In morning

Hi, have you tried picosulphate? It is absolutely awful feeling like this. The only other thing i can suggest.is cyclazine for sickness. Feeling helpless for you xxx

I take Miralax (Costco brand) every morning in my coffee. Cured !

What has never failed me is an old-fashioned soap suds enema, so I strongly suggest you get an enema bag and use it to fix your problem.  If you need any details or more information, please let me know and I'll be happy to share with you how I go about this procedure that always works for me.
