So I'm wearing dresses and going commando every day , this is really helping the lichen sclerosus.
But I'm now feeling self conscious about my tum and bum I need abit of support in those areas.
Any ideas or tips on control underwear but without the gusset .

As I got my LS under control I started using Paw Paw ointment during the day and to be honest I think cotton knickers still need to be worn. You are still sitting on all sorts of fabrics some of which are synthetic. From 9pm till 9am it’s off with knickers and I use a vitamin e capsule cut it and spread over area at night. So far and fingers crossed It’s all working a treat.

Like the idea of Vit E oil.. I don’t go completely commando, it is uncomfortable to do so as things stick. I am wearing Soft cotton skorts, they are so perfect for this condition because no undergarments are needed and I don’t feel exposed. Hard to find the right clothing for this condition...
Also don’t throw the cut vitamin e capsule away just have that with some water. It’s a win win 😂
