I have maxillary impaction and a mandibular setback which causes TMJ. I also have asymettric hearing loss/Eustachian tube dysfunction on the same side as my facial asymmetry and deviated septum. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience or clues with these symptom being related. My hope is that my jaw surgery and braces and possibly a septoplasty will restore my hearing... although I'm not holding out for much hope.
