Hello everyone here, I am a young adult male, I have a regular female partner for 3 months and just overnight these strange bumps appeared.
There is no pain, only slight itchiness and no noticeable discharge.
The bumps appeared 4 days ago, they haven’t changed except for some initial swelling of the surrounding skin which went back down after 1 day.
Hopefully some good people will give me some advice. Thanks all!

Looks like an STD skin related problem. I can’t remember the name of it.
