My balls itch from time to time. Thought it was fungal infection because i was working out on a bike and sweat would build up. No liquid comes put or has come out. I plucked some hairs where dark spots before they looked like that (didnt before). Barely began to put some Cortizone10 on it and seems like it helped. Has been like this for maybe a week and a half(almost 2). will get tested soon and checked up. please let me know. will post pictures
Looks like jock itch or just a minor skin irritation to me. Get it checked out if you’re worried but I think you’re fine, it’s not herpes.
