Had TKR 9 months ago. I'm over the moon with it. Went through all the normal worries but all is well. I hope.
I've lately had a creaking noise coming from the knee when I put pressure on it to stand. No pain, fine at all other times, just this creaking noise as I stand.
Anyone else experienced this?
I'm seven months, and mine clicks and crunches sometimes. . not all the time. Not painful, though, so I don't think it's a problem . . hope not anyway!
Hi jhon7150 i am 4 months po and hear or feel the clicking and no pain as well ask my surgeon about it and he said if it does not hurt its a ok remember it is now a mechanical device and not our own knee bionical if you wish i am waiting for january for my next clicker lol as long as i can get back to normal regards danie61 douth africa
I'm just seven weeks post op, so I haven't experienced any extra sounds from my new knee yet.
Actually, I might not even NOTICE sounds coming from NEW KNEE because my OTHER KNEE that will be having surgery on October 9th snaps, crackles and pops enough for BOTH of them!
Can't wait to get IT fixed!
