I am a male with a new boyfriend, and he is diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Currently we are dating long distance, but we have a visit planned in March. I am really excited to be physical with my partner, but we both have concerns with his medical condition. He isn't comfortable enough to talk to his doctor about it, so I wanted to try here and see what kind of advice anyone here can give. I want to try performing anal, but we don't know if that will be possible with his condition. If anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate any information.

I am wondering if you will be the top? or him? Because Crohn’s disease is also called IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). Therefore, I would not have anal sex with him if he has crohn’s disease while him being bottom but it should be fine if he could be top.
