I’m 23 & diagnosed with crohn’s 13 months ago and was wondering why im so tired day in day out I carnt even lift my arms or move I’m that exhausted has anyone else had this or anyone no why im so bad with tiredness, 
i carnt ever do anything,& I’m on mazalazine macaptapurine. Humira and steriods everyday but hunira once a week anyone help please xxx
Hi, I am always exhausted, I thought it was a side effect from medication, but apparently it is a product of having Crohn's....I am not tired as in ready for sleep but just a simple walk to the shop feels like I have run a marathon. I honestly did not understand all the complications of Crohn's and I am still learning...I was diagnosed in November last year and still not pain free...waiting for a phone call on Wednesday to see if I need surgery or influximab. I must admit I used to be up at 6.30am everyday but now find it's 9.30 because I am so exhausted. Sorry not to give you a magical answer and hope you feel better soon.xxx

hi jake , you don't say you are been given any B12 injections , could be just the B12,they might just help ,xx good luck
It’s the humira injections I’m on but Also mazalazine macaptapurine amd steriods im constantly effetless xx
possibly side effects of the mesalazine (Tiredness) and Mercaptopurine (weakness)
