I have a strange rash on the the head of my penis. Slightly raised, a little crusted. I was diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa from my derm I was told the disease targets hair follicles and no hair grows there. My GP tested me and I was clean for STDs. I've been disinfecting it daily and it seems to help. Looking for anyone who's had this and what they did to get rid of it.
