Cut in labia crease or GHS?

I have had this “cut” in my labia crease for a couple months but it has become painful recently. I dont remember any trauma to the area so I’m unsure what to think. does this look like a normal cut that will not heal or more like a herpes presentation? image

Have a look at lichen sclerosus. Sure this seems similar to what you have

ignore my post below. thats not the condition i was thinking. certainly doesnt appear to be herpes but whilst researching i came across something that looks exactly like your picture bit i cant recall the name of it.

is this the first time that appear this kind of problem? look like an abrasion after wax but could be other

this is the first time I’ve had this problem, but it has been ongoing for months now. I have never done waxing before.

try get it swabbed if it keeps coming back x

if you can, could you post here other shots from a front angle? the types of abrasions can be of different types and it is important to have a clear idea of the wound … the problem is that this platform doesn’t always allow you to post images in the comments

here an upclose frontal photo. I have set up an appointment with my OBGYN, but she is booked out 3 weeks and I do not want to worry. It is more red here and painful to any type of touch even washing.
