I have had this “cut” in my labia crease for a couple months but it has become painful recently. I dont remember any trauma to the area so I’m unsure what to think. does this look like a normal cut that will not heal or more like a herpes presentation? image
Have a look at lichen sclerosus. Sure this seems similar to what you have

this is the first time I’ve had this problem, but it has been ongoing for months now. I have never done waxing before.
try get it swabbed if it keeps coming back x
if you can, could you post here other shots from a front angle? the types of abrasions can be of different types and it is important to have a clear idea of the wound … the problem is that this platform doesn’t always allow you to post images in the comments

here an upclose frontal photo. I have set up an appointment with my OBGYN, but she is booked out 3 weeks and I do not want to worry. It is more red here and painful to any type of touch even washing.
it is precisely a vaginal fissure. it is not just a simply cut … usually it can also arise after sexual intercourse and it is a fairly widespread phenomenon. a Cream could solve your problem and is made up of numerous natural herbs and oils. I’m talking about Holoil (natural remedy). To treat fissures and prevent their appearance, it is necessary to keep the “vulnerable” areas well hydrated with creams based on panthenol, glycerin, ceramides, urea and vitamin E. In case of deeper wounds or if an infection occurs, your doctor may indicate the application of antibiotic ointments. if the fissures are not treated well they can become chronic! anyway let me know what the doctor will tell you.
