I'm a healthy 25 years old male. I got a cut on the upper skin that connect my glans to my shaft. (I am circumcised) It isn't itchy and doesn't hurt. I think I got it after having anal with my girlfriend without condom. So to cure it I am using (dermabiolene 0,1% cream with gentamicine and betamerasone) for about 2 weeks. The wound heals and opens again everytime I have sex. Now I haven't had sex for about two weeks and the cut is closed but the skin doesn't look strong enough to withstand sex. I fear that it might open again. Any advice or any cream to make my skin stronger/thicker? Or should I continue to cure it with another cream? I'll attach a before and after 2 weeks without sex picture
Nothing to worry about it will get fixed over time but you can try putting vaseline ointement or Aloe vera gel also your saliva could work there are researchs proves saliva accelerates healing skin.
Long term if you cannot find a solution to this issue I would be checking this out with a dermatologist
