I'm having anxiety every day! I can't stand it! I'm so exhausted! Can this be from my anxiety?? I feel like like I can't handle anything in my life! everything seems to be to much for me! Also dealing with depression. Physical symptoms also😞How much more can I take! I don't know! Fight through every day! Work was better but now I have anxiety at work as well😞
Anxiety can cause exhaustion because it puts our mind and body through the wringer!!
I was unable to get up off the couch I was so drained from anxiety.
I know exactly how you feel and I'm so sorry you're going through this! Mine started when I was in my 20s and I had about 10 symptoms suddenly at the same time. At that time nobody was using the Internet so I literally felt like I was going to die or have a debilitating condition. I didn't know anybody with the symptoms I had. It was horrible. Come to find out later that every symptom was related to intense stress and anxiety.
have you ever thought about counseling? It help to me.
have you ever listened to meditations on YouTube for anxiety and depression? There are some excellent ones on there and they completely relax my mind and body and symptoms.
another thing is in approach called Mindfulness. This is taught all over the world and it helps you see anxiety in a different light. The method teaches you how to be in the present moment versus struggling with anxiety , Negative thinking, depression etc. there is a book with the same title that is worth reading! It's a white book with a ball of string on the cover. You can find it in bookstores or online.
keep in mind that any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you even though they feel weird and scary.
The worst thing you can do is react with anxiety when you get symptoms because everything will get worse. The book teaches you what to do. And a lot more.

Thank you for responding. I have tried a multitude of groups, on meds see a psychiatrist, pyshologist, support groups, anxiety /depression group, supplements, breathing I do that a lot , mindfulness which I need to be more consistent with every day! on meds for depression and anxiety. Have to get off the loraspam because I started taking 1,2, then 3 with my sleeping pill because I wasn't sleeping through the night! I'm currently taking 2 loraspam and by the end of sept will be going down to 1.5. I know I should take it prn during the day but I don't want to rely on it's as I have been taking it to long every night! Any how I can take it through the day and lessen the amount at night until I get completely off by Jan. Thanks for all your help❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
