Manchas achatadas de cor marrom-escura no glande do pênis

Hello,

One of these appeared about 4 years ago followed a couple of years later by a second dark patch. They are completely flat and painless. There is a third smaller patch that started to come through but is not as prominent as the initial two patches. They have remained the same size and shape for their duration and have never caused me any pain or irritation. Can anybody help me identify what they are and if treatment is an option? Thank you

i had 2 of these appear out of no where on the shaft of my penis, gum clinic were positive they werent warts and advised to leave them, i said i was depressed aesthetically so they froze them off, took about 12 months to heal properly. this will sort, now sure if more complicated with he glans however.
