Hi could I please ask for help in finding Eileens discussion about reduction

If I remember rightly it was posted somewhere.to save.

Would be very grateful for any help as it will be the first time I have tried to reduce

The easiest way to find it I think, is someone suggested typing into your web browser the following words:  

Dead slow nearly stop reduction plan

Also, (sorry forgot this bit), this link:  https://patient.info/forums/discuss/pmr-gca-website-addresses-and-resources-35316 will give you lots of information and resources and in there is a section in there called Bristol Papers ... which is about slow reduction causing less flares. Sarah.

Thanks everyone for replying to my query about reduction . Would find PMR much harder without this site and all the information I get
