Death anxiety

hi all. so today my father and i had an argument and he said some really hurtful things. my mother in law passed away some months ago cuz she stressed till the had a raptured aneurysm. now im scared that i would worry and stress about this argument and the same will happen to me. really freaking out. any advice?

Hi im sorry an argument occured , but thats it , just an argument ! Dont stress it , most arguments are over and healed ( gone by ) in a couple of days … An Aneurysm is an existing bulged vessel that cane rupture with years of stress thst makes you blood pressure to hike . Do you have high blood pressure ? Dont hold on to that argument , let it go , a few days it will be calmed and over . The argument will be gone , the love of a child and parent wont …

I’m sorry to hear that.. I’m sure this argument will ‘blow over’.. Sometimes we say things that we really don’t mean so it’s important to talk with your dad about your argument.. That is scary info about your MIL-- I know my spouse worries and stressed out everyday-- I wonder if that could happen to him…

hello everyone. thank you all for the kind encouragement. my husband called my MIL’s physician this morning to speak to me. turns out that she has had high blood pressure, diabetes and existing clots for years. she just never disclosed it to us. she also had a TIA some years before she passed. the physician only shared this information with me to let me know that im going to be fine. i also called my father this morning. we both apologized and are on good terms again.

according to the physician, my MIL had factors for years that resulted in her death. i have PTSD, OCD, tourettes, hypochondria, paranoia and straight up depression. i worry and stress all thee time. i told the physician this and he said “well you’ll probably always have a migraine but its not gona kill you” while stress was the reason behind my MIL’s blood pressure being hiked, she had existing factors.

hi thank you. i dont have high blood pressure  you really helped calm me. much appreciated.

Yeah, I guess many ppl are stressed out all the time… So I guess he’s right-- it won’t kill you-- the other factors might.
