Deep wrinkly lines on penis glans

Hi, I am 32 male and I have this issue for all my life. im saying that just to save from assumptions such as balanitis or STIs. My glans have this weird texture that is bumpy and have deep wrinkly lines that get very prominent especially when I have an erection. As I said, it was always like that, but as I grow older, these lines get more and more. it is as if the skin tissue of my glans is destroyed and this annoys me with the years. It doesnt cause any physical pain but the emotional awckwardness it causes me is great. I have visited a number of urologists who told me that lines are normal on a penis head, however I have never seen a penis head with so many lines and bumps before such as mine. I have been on therapy for "accepting myself" but it doesnt work. All I understand is that there's a difference between accepting and loathing. I dont know where to seek help. i dont understand why we shouldnt be able to change something on our bodies that we dont like (as so many people do with their noses, cheeks, breasts, lips) and doctors always turn it to psychological issues. I came to the point of developing sexual aversion and ED just because i hate seeing my penis. Any advice , suggestion, information, would be appreciated! thank you for your time!

Unfortunately, what is a natural part of the head of your penis is extremely distinct, most men have these, but usually they are not even noticeable in many men, while in others they are nowhere as distinct as yours.
So the glans is quite unique it would be relatively unusual to have what even most urologists would describe as ‘cosmetic’ surgical procedures to create a more acceptable appearance for you.
That does not mean it is not possible, I think the only hope would be to try and contact one of a possible few Urologists that would be prepared to help you with this in practical terms - this may entail contacting the professional bodies and associations that all practising Urologists are part of to see if they know of Urologists specialising in cosmetic type procedures.

Indeed, I believe it has to do with a cosmetic procedure which is almost quite rare to be carried out by a urologist, especially without a physical or clinical cause. I believe the process is replacing the surface which is quite a surgery.

In the country I live, no one is willing to do that, at least from the urologists I have visited, and I’ve seen a lot throughout the years.

So, I guess my only option is trying something abroad.
