Do people with delusions of grandeur doubt themselves internally?

i dont think so. I think they are just deluded and exhibit grandiose behaviour due to feeling so superior etc

i agree, its not something that i think is only an external feature.
Some people can come across as a bit cocky because they are intrinsically shy and not very confident so put it on but people with grandiose personality are the same all the way through
