diarrhea after Barium drink / contrast ?

So I had a CT scan done yesterday.. had to drink 2 bottles of Barium and had the IV contrast... this morning I wake up and had some diarrhea ... light yellow colored.. I'm assuming that's a side effect of drinking that gross stuff...

yes. it says that in the leaflet they give you after having the barium.

Barium enemas can cause diarrhoea.

i had a bad reaction to the iv contrast i had diarrhea as well
