Hi. I am 56 and have been post menopausal for around 8 years. I have never suffered with hot flushes or anxiety but I have no libido at all, have had many uti,s and feel very uncomfortable low down. This includes a feeling of sensitivity/soreness plus dryness and mild cramping. I am fed up. I’ve tried vagifem which seems to make the cramping worse. Has anyone else had this?

Hi, I had something similar and my GP helped with Vagifem (which was okay for me) and I also started with HRT which helped a lot. Have you spoken with your GP? This feature here might be useful.
