Hi - I've been suffering from diverticulitis for several years with bouts every several months. I was taking Flagl and Metro but they were awful. I switched to AMOX CLAV and not as awful - but still awful. Does anyone know of other antibiotics that might be more tolerable? Thanks! bwg
sorry to hear . I too have a terrible time with the usual antibiotics you mention- augmentin had been relatively mild but in my current attck i couldnt take the 875.125–headaches.
Bactrim and flagyl are impossible. Levaquin caused joint aches. but that’s just my experience, yours may vary.
