Sadly they didn't work for me, I tried them for three months and gave me lots of wind which made things worse for me. Maybe works for some
I am so sorry. The probiotic worked for my diarrhea but the heating pad soothes your abdomen. I agree it takes time for thecspasms to quiet. Did you take the prescription Bentyl? I take that whenever I feel bloated and cramps. It’s an antispasmodic medication. You can take it 3 times a day. Hoping you feel better soon.🤗
